Lady Owls Win Holiday Tournament!
December 22nd and 23rd, Union County College hosted a Women’s Basketball Holiday Tournament.
December 22nd and 23rd, Union County College hosted a Women's Basketball Holiday Tournament. The teams in attendance were Bucks County Community College from Pennsylvania, Globe Institute of Technology from New York and Prince George's Community College from Maryland.
On Saturday, December 22nd, Prince George's took on Globe with a close game all the way to the end with a score of 38-32 in favor of Globe. The second game of the day was Bucks County vs Union. Union advanced to the Championship game with a score of 110 to 32.
Sunday, December 23rd, Prince George's Community College won the Consolation Game against Bucks County Community College with a final score of 87-31. Union County College defeated Globe Institute of Technology in the Championship Game. Lady Owls scored 79 to the 64 points Globe put up.
