Missed Opportunities but Lessons Learned
Following the great showing in their previous game, Union County College stumbled in their attempt to make it two in a row. Facing off with Community College of Philadelphia, the Owls suffered a stinging 67-58 defeat. Plagued by costly turnovers and poor defensive execution, Union could not get their game plan in order. The team committed an uncharacteristic 24 turnovers and were outperformed in rebounds as well.
On the positive, Ibn Lynn recorded 17 points and 5 rebounds, Isiah McCallum had 12 points and 6 rebounds, and Amir Lynn put up 11 points and had 3 assists.
The Owls look to shake this loss off quick as they head to ASA Brooklyn on Saturday December 3.
