EA FC 25:
UCNJ’s Sebastian Jaramillo took on another Region 19 rival in Lackawanna College. Sebastian fell to Lackawanna 2-0 losing his first match 4-3 and his second match 2-1. With the loss Sebastian drops to 1-2 on the season and looks to rebound this week against Lakeland Community College on 10/21/24.
Fortnite No Build:
The Fortnite team kept their winning streak rolling with their toughest matchup of the season against Florida State College at Jacksonville on October 14th. The Owls dropped the first match 8-6 but came storming back in the next two rounds winning 9-0 and 19-8 to win the series 2-1 and kill count of 34-16. The first place 3-0 Owls take on second place Jackson College on 10/21/24.

Overwatch:
The new look Overwatch Team is still trying to figure out its flight path and learned a few things in defeat this week. The Overwatch Team lost to Northeast Iowa Community College 3-2. For the first time this season the Owls were able to take some maps off their opponent and take the game to final map 5. The Owls will look to get their first win of the season against Northen Virginia Community College on 10/23/24.

Call of Duty Gunfight:
The Call of Duty Gunfight Team consisting of former National Champion Paulo Matias and newcomer Bryan Carrilo hit the battlefield for their double header against Gordon State Community College and Pensacola State College. The Owls first faced off against Gordon State College and won the match 3-0 and then kept the momentum rolling in another sweep of Pensacola State College. The first place 6-0 Owls have tough matchups in the coming week playing second place Hawkeye Communty College and third place Bevill State Community College on 10/23/24
Mario Kart 1 vs 1:
Santiago Puerto was up against 2nd place Danville Area Community College and Heartland Community College this past week. In Santi’s matchup against 2nd place Danville Area Community College Santi outpaced the 2nd place racer by beating them 4-3. Santi continued the hot streak up against Heartland Community College, winning 4-0. Santi moves on with a record of 6-0 and sits in second place due to game win percentage tie breaker. Santi is back in action on 10/24/24 against Danville Area Community College and Marshalltown Community College.
Rocket League:
For the second week in a row the Owls split their double header. The Owls won their first game against Muskegon Community College by a score of 3-0, winning the games as follows (4-0,3-0, and 3-2). In their second match the Owls fell to first place Daytona State College by the score of 3-1, The Owls took the first game 3-1 but then fell 3-2, 4-3, and 2-1. The Owls currently sit at 5-2 and are back in action on 10/25/24 against Wake Technical Community College, West Virginia University: Potomac State College, and Bevill State Community College.

Mario Kart 4v4:
A technical issue on the side of the NJCAAE saw the 4v4 competition shut down for the week with no teams racing. The Owls are hoping to hit the circuit on 10/23/24.
