Owls Ready to Golf

Cranford, NJ - The UCNJ Golf Team has put in a strong offseason and is ready to tee off the 2026 campaign. The team is led by captain freshman, Theo Shapiro, alongside Henry Bowman, David Guydan, and Josh Scarfone.

On the women’s side, three freshman Lady Owls will represent UCNJ this season. Head Coach Postiglione has been impressed with the dedication and effort shown by Evelyn Barros, Isabella Betances, and Shoshana Handwerker as they prepare for competition.

Coach Postiglione is anticipating a strong season, with a focus on continued growth and improvement in each match. Rounding out the Owls roster are Lucas Lugo, Gabriel Narvaez, Praiseley Ugboko, and Vincent Zeferino.

The Owls will open their season on Monday, March 30, at Seaview Bay Golf Course in a match hosted by Ocean County College. Despite challenging winter conditions, Coach Postiglione is proud of the work the team was able to put in all year.
