Union Men's Basketball Soars Over Skylanders for Victory

NEWTON, NJ - The Union men's basketball team used a strong first half to propel them to a 102-81 victory over Sussex County.

Sophomore Jordan Rowley (Hillside, NJ) led all scorers with 26 points in addition to pulling down 17 rebounds for another double-double on the season.  Other double digit scorers included sophomore Trevon Bleasdell (Irvington, NJ) with  17 points, freshman Jared Simmons (East Orange, NJ) with 14 points,   Tyheem Burno (Jersey City, NJ) with 12 points, sophomore Nyquan McComb (Staten Island, NY) with 12 points, and freshman Dequan Graves (Newark, NJ) with 10 points.

The win improves Union to 3-14 overall on the season.  The Owls are back in action on Thursday, January 17 against Passaic County here at the Owls Nest for a 6:00 pm tip-off.
