On Sunday January 27th, Seton Hall University hosted the 21st Annual National Girls & Women in Sports Day luncheon before the Seton Hall Women's Basketball game. Union County College is proud to have standout sophomore Brittany Baker who is a guard on the Women's Basketball team. Brittany represented Union County College at the luncheon. The awards were presented at halftime of the Women's Basketball game between Rutgers and Seton Hall University.
Brittany has posted outstanding offensive numbers including tallying 31 points in a victory over the County College of Morris and averaging 16.7 points per game for the season. She shows no lack of effort on the defensive end either as she sits at 7th in the Nation in total steals for Division II schools with 73 steals.
The Union County College could not be happier to nominate Brittney Baker for her outstanding success in athletics and academics.
